A Subscription Service for Provider Development Planning

The first is about tightening budgets in direct proportion to the uncertainty around healthcare reform. The second is a desire to revisit their Provider Development Plan more often than every 3 years. Finally, clients (and us) are concerned that relying on a Community Needs Assessment for 3 years is not defensible, if need be. In response, we have developed, and are now offering, a subscription service to Provider Development Planning.

Under our new approach, our team will work with you to track and update the supply of physicians within your market on an ongoing basis. This will allow us to revisit the opportunity for additional physicians within your market on an annual basis and complete your Community Need Assessment on a single specialty, per recruit basis. We will also serve as your go-to resource for any physician-related strategic questions, all within the subscription price.

The subscription service will still include a comprehensive Provider Development Plan on an every-three- years basis – Primary Care Analysis, Specialist Analysis, Recruitment Recommendations, One-On-One Interviews, Physician Survey and Patient Access Study.

While this approach will deliver more for our clients on a more frequent basis, it will not impact our pricing model. This approach will simply spread your cost over a three-year period, while giving you better access to our professionals, analytics and strategy development.

For our clients that prefer to engage with us on a project basis, that is no problem at all. We will continue to offer all of our services on a fixed fee basis as well.
