M. Shane Foreman

Shane is a noted healthcare strategist, author, and speaker. He helps establish and grow healthcare businesses. Shane applies his 23 years of professional expertise and experience to working with hospitals and health systems to define high impact strategies, relationships, and business structures.
Shane plays an active role in all 3d Health projects. His work for Carolinas HealthCare System, Carondelet Health Network, CHRISTUS Health, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Mayo Clinic Health System, Methodist Health System (Dallas), Ochsner Health System, Rush University Medical Center, Tenet, and Via Christi Health System, among others, has led to increased outpatient and physician presence, market share, and physician alignment.
Prior to founding 3d Health, Inc., Shane served as a Director of the consultancy Tiber Group (now Navigant Consulting) in Chicago. He also previously served as Regional Director for Columbia (now HCA); Vice President of Business Development for PhyServ; and Chief Financial Officer with the MSO for Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word in Louisiana and Arkansas (now CHRISTUS Health).
Shane has a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana College and an MSA in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
